I am a qualified Leiths cook, and work mostly in Southern England, but am happy to travel further afield. I have cooked from an early age, but have been cooking professionally for over four years now and have a wide range of experience (including non-catering related – children, dogs, and even donkeys!).
Currently I am studying Mechanical Engineering at Bristol University, but cook at weekends and in the holidays.
